SHIPMENT: The shipment will be carried out by a freight and forwarding agent based at Afro Export Village a the Kotoka international Airport, Accra.
TERMS OF PAYMENT : Payment will be effected after the buyer have obtained sample tested and ascertained as good. The buyer will pay for the documentation and transportation of the gold to the final destination or refinery .One of our company delegate will follow the gold to the refinery for the final assay and the shipment charges will be deduct and the rest of the funds will send to our company designated account here in Ghana .
OTHER TERMS OF CONTRACT: A contract agreement stipulating terms and condition of this transaction will be signed between the seller and buyer. As such, buyer must as a matter of fact arrive in Ghana to sign all business and legal documents relating to this transaction which shall be binding both parties.
